When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Monday.com for storage. We may send you marketing emails to our clients, which you can unsubscribe from by contacting us at support@level-uplife.com.  When you sign up to receive our newsletter via webform, we share the collected data with MailChimp, our newsletter provider, who sends these emails on our behalf. The newsletter can be unsubscribed from by clicking the link in the email. 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also withdraw your consent for processing your data, subject to legal limitations. We will retain your Personal Information in accordance with the appropriate statutory limitation periods as required by local law, in line with our legitimate business purposes for as long as your account is active or for as long as needed to provide you with the Services, as required to comply with our legal obligations, a court order or to defend or pursue legal claims, in line with industry codes of practice, to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
